PAYROLL COSTS
Basic Service
Typically, a basic service would include the following:
- Calculation of net pay
- Issue of payslips
- Provision of a cheque list
- Provision of weekly/monthly payroll figures for entry to your accounts
- Provision of period-end return (P32)
- Provision of year-end figures
- Issue of P45s and P46s, where required
Cost of basic service:
- £5.00 per employee set-up fee
- £2.00 per employee per payroll run
- Starters £5.00 each
- Leavers - no cost
Other services:
In addition to the above, you may choose to outsource any, or all, of the following:
- Administration of holiday records
- Administration of staff absence and Statutory Payments
- On-line submission of year-end return
- Provision of P60s for your employees
Costs for additional services are dependent upon which are used, and can either be covered in a higher fee per employee, or charged at an hourly rate.
