Payroll can be operated entirely electronically, or by fax & e-mail, making geographical location unimportant.
Initially, you provide the information required to set up your company payroll, together with staff details.
Each week, by an agreed deadline, you provide details of variations to the set-up - overtime, bonus payments, holiday pay, etc. - and e-mail or fax them to me - I have a pre-designed form. Also provide details of starters and leavers.
The payroll is calculated and run, then I will provide to you a cheque list, detailing the net pay of each of your employees, their payslips, and figures to input into your accounts. I will also forward to you a payroll input form, ready for you to complete and send to me the following pay period.
